Refund Policy

MAFX Trading Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 7, 2025


At MAFX Trading, we are committed to delivering quality education and support to our clients. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

1. General Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy or on the product/service description page.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to customercare.mafxtrading@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, unless a different timeframe is specified for the specific service.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, where possible.

2. Courses and Training Programs
Refund eligibility and terms will be clearly stated on the course page at the time of purchase.
Refunds may only be issued if:
The student has paid for the course,
Has not accessed any course material or logged into the learning platform, and
Has not attended any live sessions within one (1) month of enrollment.
No refunds will be issued once course content has been accessed, downloaded, or a live session has been attended, unless otherwise stated.

3. Coaching Sessions (1-on-1 or Group)
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to coach availability.
If you miss a session without prior notice, no refund will be issued. However, a one-time reschedule may be granted at our discretion if requested within 12 hours after the missed session.

4. Promotional Offers and Bundles
Services or products purchased during a promotional sale, bundle deal, or limited-time offer are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

5. Technical Issues
If you encounter technical problems that prevent access to our services, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
We will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved and no course content has been accessed.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your access to MAFX Trading services may be temporarily suspended.
We encourage open communication and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.

7. International and Regional Refund Rights
For customers in regions with specific consumer protection laws (e.g., the European Union), we will comply with applicable refund and cancellation rights.
For digital products, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, unless you waive that right by accessing the content immediately.
